Are you guilty of being a type A perfectionist that loves planners and starting over, using Pinterest boards for inspiration and saving life-changing quotes just to maybe even never look at them again, except when it’s time to clear that storage for the new year new me? Creating a vision board might be the thing that you need in 2026.

It sounds more personal, because it is personal for me, but maybe i am not the only one that loves creating vision boards and goal planners for the year, and i decided to start 2026 with my vision board for a blogger.
Last year i wanted to publish a blog post every day for 365 days, but it was good enough for me that i spend months to publish my first blog post too, and it was a nice reminder for myself that perfect plan exists but so does perfect timing, and they don’t always come together.
Last year in my notes i saved few goals like buying my first apartment and turning it into a BSA (Business Suite Studio), a YouTube 100K plaque, to be sponsored by Canva, get a marketing travel trip, receive my 1 year contract with one of my favorite brands, visit Meta’s and Pinterest offices and see my own picture on the search for “Pinterest Office Goals”, gift laptops and courses to kids in need of education and better future, being a part of a non-profit, host a marketing event, launch a BSA course and much more.
So let’s create a vision board for a blogger in 2026:
- Create a healthy schedule to post 365 blog posts in 2026
- Launch my first BSA course
- Open my online store with minimum 5 digital products that i use and love
- Learn about creating an app and putting it on app store
- Get my first Business Suite clients
- Sign up for an Ai overview blogging course
- Get into Mediavine and first adsense payment
- Reach 1M views on a pin
- Experience 10K monthly visits
- Buy my first gratitude gift from my first blogging salary
- Create an instagram post for every blog post
- Create a YouTube video for every blog post
- Create a TikTok about every article
- Start being active on Benable
- Start being active on my 2 other niche blogs
- Buy myself a camera for taking content
- Create a content planner and make original content for the blog
- Buy professional lightning and equipmet for blogging and marketing
- Learn more about Pinterest marketing
- Create a genuine blogging community and connect with other bloggers
- Get my first sponsored post
- Donate in 2026 from the earnings from the blog and marketing studio
- Host an event for blogging and marketing
- Create a niche keywords library 3 months ahead of time
- Choose consitency over perfection and write with passion
So yes, these are almost all my goals for the year, however i really like to do more, often times i plan more and get the satisfaction and soon after the realness of the busy 9-9 cruise life gets to me and this year i am ready to be smarter about my blogging not better at blogging.
As part of your 9-5 you are probably used to attend your morning meetings and follow a plan, or a weekly, monthly target and that is exactly what you need to do for your own blogging business, that’s why i created this blogging checklist for me to follow.
My Blog Workbook for 2026:

- Create a blog business plan by answering these questions:
– Where is my blog right now?
– Where do I want it to be?
– How can i take it there in 5 years? 1 year?
– What can i do today that aligns with my plan? - Make a blog content plan
This goes hand in hand with the blog post planner, but it’s for the blog posts and the articles being repurposed to all social media channels. - Create a blog post planner:
– Create an excel sheet and write down every niche (topic) you will write about
– Choose days of the week that you will post and assign each niche to a different day of the week
– Under every blogging niche research and write keywords you will write about
– Do it for 3 months + pre-plan for holidays and major events - Create a blog checklist:
– Daily checklist to respond to comments, publish new post on time, share the posts on social media, update links and make sure you find affiliate links so you can earn comission, edit and schedule posts for tomorrow
– Facebook: Reply to comments, ask a question in a blogging group and start a discussion, comment and support other blogs too
– Make your own daily checklist for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Threads, Pinterest and other channels and make sure you spend enough time on Email and building that list! - Blog Organization:
– Organize your blog to look aesthetic, with good typography so it is easy to read, copyright free visuals, overall SEO and human friendly – be the articles you want to read and the things you want to see
– Organize the blog posts to make sense with the blog niche and link them within each other, Google loves this!
– Create an about me page and make sure to organize your legal pages too
This is everything you need to know on how to create a vision board to start a successful blog in 2026 and to meet your financial goals and my very own blog checklist that you can use for your own blogging journey!
Thank you for being here and happy 2026! Comment and let me know how far along you are in your blogging business and what works and what doesn’t for you this year, would love to know.
The end of how to create a vision board for a blog in 2026.
